That’s what Shaq used to say while swatting shots into the fifth row.

It's also what your tenants will say if you try sticking a camera in their house.

And guess what?

They'd be right.

Not pointed at their couch.

Not peeking into the kitchen.

Not checking if they're running an illegal Airbnb.

 

Sure, haters gonna hate.  But by haters, we mean judges.

Here's the rule:

Only stick cameras in common areas.

Hallways? Cool.

Lobby? Go for it.

The gym nobody uses? Knock yourself out.

But if it’s where your tenant eats cereal in their underwear — boom, you're getting sued.
