It started innocent enough.

You made a "For Rent" ad.

Snapped a few pics of the empty house.

Jotted down some pretty words.

Then hit publish...

And a tsunami of dumb questions came in.

"Does no smoking mean vapes?"

"I know you say no pets. But what about my friend's Chihuaua.  It'll only be a few weeks - promise!"

* rolls eyes *

Guess they didn't get the memo.

There's a system to this madness.

It's called a rental application.

Fill it out.

Send the bad boy over.

Then we'll chat.

Answering questions from someone who hasn't applied yet can get you in trouble. 

A Landlord recently got nailed for this...

So ya - make them to apply.

Do your due diligence.

Then answer questions.
