If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.
Your mom was right (usually is).
But now that you're a landlord, that ain't always easy.
Like when you want to blast a bad tenant on facebook.
You see other dumb landlords do it.
But that doesn't mean you should.
It's kinda like posting your ex's number on a bathroom wall.
Feels good for a minute...
Same goes for your little online rant about tenants.
It's now Exhibit A when you get sued.
Fun fact:
Courts don't care if your tenant 'started it.'
Don't rant about your tenants online.
Keep those spicy thoughts where they belong — in your head.
Or your diary. Do people still write in those? They should...
