This chatbot is coming for you

Are you starting to get it yet?

Illinois isn't a fan of Landlords.

And there's a new chatbot helping Illinois Tenants with all sorts of housing problems.

Now, don't get it twisted.

This bot can't mix you a cocktail.

Can't laugh at your jokes.

And definitely can't explain why every good Netflix series gets axed.

But it makes sure you can't play fast and loose with the Landlord rules anymore.

Here's why:

This savvy bot can dish out legal advice like a pro.

It's kinda like giving Tenants a mini lawyer in their pocket - minus the hourly fee.

If only they had that for Illinois Landlords!

Tenants can ask it questions like:

Does a 'no pets' policy apply to service and emotional support animals?

We'll wait....

Yo dawg, a 'no pets' policy doesn't apply to emotional support animals.

Sounds crazy, but it's true.

When it comes to ESA's, that policy is as useful as a snowblower in July.

Listen, this ain't some tech fad.

While this chatbot can't predict next week's lottery number, it will help keep Illinois Landlords honest.

Or at least playing by the rules.
