It doesn’t feel right.

But you know it’s gotta get done...

Your tenant says they can’t leave because, well... they’ve got nowhere to go.

Like that somehow means they’ve hit the jackpot and get to stay at your place rent-free.

Rent’s not getting paid, and now they’re acting like they’ve found some cheat code to dodge eviction.

But let’s be real:

Having nowhere to go isn’t a legal defense.

We get it. You might feel a little bad.

But you’re running a business, not a shelter.

Letting them squat while your bank account drains?

That’s like sending a risky meme to the family group chat—it's not gonna end well.

So yeah, handle it. Be cool.

But do what’s gotta get done.
