Hard to fake a 520 credit score.

But remember HB 3564 we mentioned?

It's bad. Real bad.

And banning credit checks is one of the worst parts.

Sure, it's not law yet.

But it’s rolling through Springfield — fast.

And when it hits?

No more credit checks for tenants.

They’ll run your credit to rent a leaf blower from Home Depot…

But you can't when renting a house for a year?

Make it make sense...
