Never skip this step with new Tenants

You've got a new Tenant.

But they didn't come through the front door.

Turns out, this guy was your Tenant's buddy crashing on the couch.

Now it's been over a week.

You know what that means?

A whole lotta "oh no, baby, what is you doing?!?"

Here's the deal:

Anyone 18+ staying for more than a week needs to be on the lease.

No exceptions.

Why, you ask?

Because that "visitor" can become your problem real quick.

Not on the lease?

Good luck getting them for rent, damages, or chaos they cause.
