Magic words you should know

Wanna learn some magic?

It won’t impress your friends.

But it will save you from suing a stranger in your home.

It’s two words.

Sprinkle them on eviction notices and lawsuits.

Here’s why…

Folks must be listed by name to get evicted.

Let’s say Tim Tenant moves in his latest fling (without your knowledge).

You evict Tim because he stopped paying rent.

Since Tim’s sweetheart wasn’t on the eviction notice - you didn’t even know she was there - you’ll have to start over.

Don’t let this happen.

Use the words “Unknown Occupants” on all notices/lawsuits.

These two words make sure everyone must get out.

Not just the Tenant.
