Like it's a scene from Yellowstone and someone's about to get hogtied. 😅

You're not kicking down a door.

You're handing over some paper to an adult (or kid 13+ older).

Know who else does this?

Mailmen.

Amazon drivers.

Your 7-year old with a clipboard he found in the junk drawyer.

Truth is:

You could serve the eviction notice (don't recommend, but still...).

Better yet, try your buddy Carl.

Just make sure he's over 18 and not fresh outta County with a beeping ankle monitor.

You don't need cops to serve eviction notices.

Stop waiting two weeks and paying $100+ for a guy in uniform to do what your buddy could knock out over his lunch break.

Serve the paper.

Fill out this affidavit.

And get back to business.
