How to dodge this tenant drama

Aug 22, 2024

You won't believe this...

Two tenants.

One loud dog.

And a letter that would make your grandma blush.

Tenant A is done with Tenant B's dog, Clifford, who never stops barking.

So Tenant A slips a not-so-nice letter under the door — think a wild mix between a diary entry and a roast, but way more R-rated.

Now both tenants want to drag you into the circus...

Maybe a game of rock, paper, scissors to settle this?

Look, you don't have time for these small-time squabbles.

Stay out of petty drama between tenants.

Unless there's a legal reason, don't get involved.

And if you're unsure, that's what these hot shots are for.

If you're gonna ignore tenant drama, at least be smart about it.  Join The Legal Plan to make sure Clifford's barking doesn't turn into a bigger legal problem.
