The Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) form reporting has been a total mess.

All corporations and LLCs must file the BOI form by January 13, 2025.

No extensions. No take-backs.

And don't think this is like skipping a trip to the gym.

Mess this up, and you, could be facing penalties nastier than a tenant leaving their pet ferret behind.
