An underrated lease term

Do your future self a favor:

Nab that Tenant's forwarding address before they move in.

Why?

Well, let's say your Tenant leaves the place looking like a nuclear bomb went off.

You? Stuck with the bill.

You're keeping their deposit.

So ya gotta send that "No Money Back, Bro" notice.

But here's the catch:

You're not sure where...

An easy fix:

Get a Tenant's forwarding address in your lease.

You don't say...

But what if that address ain't any good?!?

There's no stupid questions, little Johnny.

Lucky for you, not your problem.

So long as the lease says, "send important stuff here when I'm gone" - you're golden.
