About that BOI reporting... never mind

Staying on top of the legal stuff is hard.

It's like playing tag with a toddler.

One minute, you're a felon.

The next, it's like it never happened.

We told you in March to file the BOI.

And reminded you procrastinators again in November.

If you have an LLC or corp, you needed to file before December 31, 2024.

If not, it's $500 / day fines plus jail.

Until 3 days ago, when this law ran into a wide-eyed Texas Judge.

This judge put a national ban on filing the BOI. 🇺🇸 💪

At least for now.

Here's what we know:

You don't need to file a BOI (for now).

Johnny Law hasn't made a public statement yet.

And as of yesterday, you could still file them.

So who knows...
