A lease trick - show you?
Oct 05, 2023Ever find that perfect series finale?
Where everything wraps up like it should...
No cliffhangers.
No unanswered questions (looking at you, "Lost").
It's just... done.
Well, you can apply this same magic in your lease.
If your lease has a clear end date, then no termination notice is needed.
That's right.
Even if the Tenant forgot the date (or didn't read the lease).
Save the whole, "It's not you, it's me" speech.
If you're renting for more than 1 month, stick the end date in your lease.
It's one less thing you have to worry about.
And the Tenant will have no excuse to be gone when their run in over.

This trick doesn't work if you need to bounce someone for not paying rent, breaking the least, etc. If you're not sure, phone a friend.
