But most landlords aren't doing it.
Radon disclosures used to be for home sales.

It's now for rentals too.
Here's a crazy stat.
93% of landlords are playing Russian roulette with this *new* disclosure rule.
We made that number up, but you get the point.
Yes, it's another form you gotta give.
But hey, at least it costs $0.
Well, unless you forget to give it.
Then we're talking $5K+.
And no, this isn't optional, like one of those "employees wash hands" signs.
Give the radon disclosure and pamphlet before signing the lease.
It's just paper.
But will save you a ton.

That's issue #138 of The Brief.
Funny thing: some tenants see this form and think your rental is a toxic waste dump. 🙄 It just tells them their rights, like an iTunes agreement (but actually important).
