And it's *usually* not good.

Hiding from the law.

Laying low from a neurotic ex.

Finding some fresh turf for their new age cult.

Trust us, you don't want a bunch of chanting, robe-wearing weirdos at your place (don't ask us how we know).

If a Tenant wants in ASAP, pump the brakes.

Could be nothing.

But we'd bet money there's more to the story.
